Caddy for one DEC-RDD40 external cdrom unit

Indeed, caddies for the RRD40 are not easy to find.
At least over here in The Netherlands.
I have a DECstation 3100 with Storage Expansion and RRD40,
but I am also still looking for at least one caddy as I
do not have any (yet).
