Best of luck in being the next owner. At least out of this there is
sort of a lesson to be learned here. Get the stuff as soon as possible
after an offer has been made. I've learned this the hard way a couple
of times. It seems that when some people make a decision to divest
themselves
of something that they want rid of it NOW. Maybe so they don't have the
time
to change their mind?
