AV 4300 RAM?

Once I oned a AV5500 (traded for a DEC3k6 with a M88k freak...). AFAIK
it used 40 Bit ECC PS/2 SIMMs. I tested the SIMMs in my AlphaStation 200
and the Alpha recognized them as 4MB, but they where 16MB. The AV5500
needs 4 SIMMs per bank.
