IBM-PC Technical Reference Manuals (was: "Real Computers")

Please be careful with attribution. I mentioned the "PC Technical
Reference Manual", but the reference to the DOS technical reference,
and the complaint about ordering from IBM, that you responded to,
was by somebody else in response to my post. I have never had any
problems ordering from IBM, although I very rarely do so.
