Since the phrase is in Latin would not that have made it more valuable.
Wow Latin it can't read it but it must be the real thing. Just like
movie dates in roman numerals -- you can't tell quickly how old they are.

PS. Yes you can proto-type chips but it is not cheap. A ballpark
figure is about $500 to $1000 each.
