Is he joining the list to try and sell his stuff? That wasn't
clear from his email. I'd say let him join, pointing out that
the purpose of the list is NOT to act as as a an advertising
service for a commercial vendor - maybe Sellam could point
him towards the VCM for that :-)
You can always remove subscribers from the list if they
repeatedly demonstrate that they have no intention of
even trying to stay on topic.
