Thanks for the reminder :-)

I've also posted to the list. Photographing the
SAMS's page is a good idea. I was going to see if
Kinko's has some way of scanning those fold-outs. If
you have any scans or other goodies, I'd love to
include them. There's also a forum area which (I
believe) allows attachment of smaller files.
