I'll put in a plug for wxWidgets (formerly wxWindows). It is cross
platform and has the bonus that it is open source. The developers are
very accessible and are quite responsive. I used it for my wang 2200
emulator and wish I had known about it when I wrote my Sol emulator.

In the past I understand that the Mac portion was seriously lagging in
its polish, but they have put a lot of work into bringing it up to par.
