Well, based on what I know about this sort of issue (and I might be wrong)
if it's used in the context of news coverage then of course there's no
issue. But if they are using this as part of their program then that's a
copyright issue. I suppose it could be considered "fair use" in this
case, but then the courtesy of asking for permission would apply in my
book. I'm going to ask someone who knows.

I still have to see the piece to see exactly how it was used. I
presumably recorded it for later viewing. Like I said, if it wasn't CNN I
wouldn't care ;)
