No. But if you look at the link that I gave you'll see exactly what I was told. It's an exact quote, I cut and pasted it from a message from one of the 9825/9831 designers. If they fit I won't worry about trying them. HP is good about making incompatible parts really incompatible.

Interesting! I was told that they didn't make any roms for the 9831 since all the 9830 ROMs were built in. I should look at my 9831. I've never done anything with it and it's buried.
