I don't have a 11/45 (yet!), but while restoring my PDP8s, I found
Vince's page indispensible for bulb replacements:

Note that these bulbs may or may not be suitable for a 11/45, but
considering an 8/M is approximately in the same era as a 11/45 (1972),
you'd have a good chance of the bulbs usable on a 11/45 too.
