You can download the entire archive and search it on your own machine. Won't
take long to download and you can slice it and dice it any way you want. In
the past, there hasn't been a good way to integrate searching (something
like HtDig for example). This is only possible now because someone took a
lot of time to hack up the source to mailman (and releasing it as a standard
patch) to allow seamless hooks into HtDig as of recent releases.

Or is there another point you're trying to make? I spend a pretty huge
amount of time on this stuff, mostly behind the scenes. I'm not asking for
any praise, but I don't need to be chided about taking a while to implement
a feature.
