Technically, there's no problem of course. The only "real" problem
is that technically-speaking, a lot of the files being distributed
are copyrighted, and not by "us". We know in our heart of hearts
what we're doing is (rarely) wrong, but then there's black-letter
law.

And BitTorrent is the current darling of the DRM set. Personally,
that only *encourages* me to use it, but for actually-copyrighted
material you'd be handing out free "bust me! make me a media sound
bite for the enemies of freedom!" business cards.
